- Calon siswa datang sendiri ke SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Purbalingga
- Membayar biaya pendartaran Rp 100.000
- Mengisi formulir pendaftaran yang telah disediakan oleh panitia
- Menyerahkan fotocopy STTB yang telah dilegalisir oleh Kepala Sekolah / Madrasah
- Menyerahkan STK Asli / fotocopy yang telah dilegalisir/ surat keterangan telah lulus dari Kepala Sekolah / Madrasah atau Fotocopy Raport Semester III, IV, V.
- Menyerahkan pas foto Hitam, Putih terbaru ukuran 3X4 sebanyak 4 lembar.

Puasa Senin Kamis
Puasa senin kamis emang sangat baik ya....tapi mungkin ini cobaan ya....kenapa? abis buka puasa ko malahan...kena panas dalam....tenggorokan sakit dan kering....apalagi saya besok pagi jam 3 pagi mau nganterin Bos SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Farmasi Purbalingga ke Semarang ...kuat ga ya....terkadang jadi menganggu konsentrasi perjalanan...soalnya perjalanan ke Semarang itu 5 jam lo......Ya Allah kuatkanlah hamba...Amin
